These General Conditions regulate the use of the online store of the ViriVintage.com website, for which Viriato de la Fuente Camus, hereinafter VIRIVINTAGE, is legally responsible.


Applicable regulations
This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish regulations and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and General Law 03/2014 for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).


The electronic contract will not be archived by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These general conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to pay for the order.
The user declares that he is of legal age (over 18 years of age) and has the necessary legal capacity to contract the products offered.


In the case of contracting by minors, the authorization of the parents or legal guardians is required. The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided.


Purchasing process


Buying at VIRIVINTAGE is easy and simple, you just have to follow these steps:


1º.- Locate the product or products you want, either browsing our store or using the search field at the top of our store.


2º.- Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to buy, you must add them to your shopping cart by pressing the “Add to Cart” button. You must repeat this operation as many times as different products you want to purchase. When you have finished your selection, you can review your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the header. You can also access directly to finalize your purchase by positioning yourself on the “cart” icon and selecting the option “Checkout”.


3º.- If you have chosen to review your shopping cart, you must click on “Finish purchase” to make your purchase effective.


4º.- Next, you must fill in the fields of the Finish purchase form, accept these our Terms and conditions and click on “Place Order”. You do not need to open an account, but if you wish you must check the corresponding box on the form.


5º.- If you have chosen payment by card as the payment method, a summary of the transaction will appear and you must confirm it by clicking on “Pay by card”. This will redirect you to the secure payment platform where you can continue with the payment.


5th a.- Once the payment has been made by card and confirmed by the bank, we will send you an email confirming your purchase and we will proceed to prepare the Shipment.


6º .- If you have chosen Transfer as payment method, you will receive an email confirming your order with our bank details so that you can make the transfer.


6th a.- Once the bank confirms the transfer, we will prepare the shipment and send it to you. You can speed up this operation by sending us a copy of the proof of transfer by mail to Info@virivintage.com. You must indicate in the subject “Transfer order xxx”


7º.- Once the order process is finished, VIRIVINTAGE will send you an email detailing the details of the order. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice any error in the data entered, contact us by any of the following means:

• By notifying it in the “Contact” section of this website, selecting order problems in the subject line. Do not forget to indicate the order number in the message.

VIRIVINTAGE has various payment methods to facilitate your purchase:


• Bank transfer or deposit account

Next, we specify the conditions for each of these forms of payment.


Bank transfer or deposit account


VIRIVINTAGE offers you the possibility of paying for the order by means of a transfer or deposit into our bank account, an account number that will be specified at the time the order is confirmed.


If you decide on this payment option, once your order is finished, the necessary data to make the bank transfer will appear on the screen together with the data of your order. In addition, we will send you an email with the amount and details of the order. It is important that, at the time of making the transfer, you indicate as a concept the reference of your order, provided by VIRIVINTAGE in the email, to speed up the invoicing and shipping of the order.


Transfers can take up to 48 hours to become effective, keep this in mind in the delivery times. Once the payment has been confirmed, the order will be billed, packed and shipped. If you want to speed up this process you can send us an email with the receipt to info@ViriVintage.com


IMPORTANT !!! If the payment is made by transfer or bank deposit, you must send us the proof of payment by e-mail. It is important to put the order number as the payment concept.


Credit or debit card


Payment by credit or debit card is made through the BBVA secure payment gateway. Through this payment method, VIRIVINTAGE never collects or manipulates any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by BBVA, so that VIRIVINTAGE can always offer the greatest security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.


The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, in addition to those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks. If you have any questions, contact us and we will assist you to clarify any concerns.


Shipment


Shipments will be made to Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and to any country of the European Community or the World. The shipment will be made by the express courier company NACEX for national shipments – Spain and by DHL for the others.


The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any time preference for delivery, you can tell us in the order comment and we will try to comply (to the extent possible with the route and schedule of the transport company) ).


Taxes, fees and tariffs.


All our prices are indicated without taxes or transport costs.
Sale of products to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
• VIRIVINTAGE will not be responsible for the DUA or import expenses and taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees or tariffs generated at the customs office of destination, if applicable. These costs will be borne by the buyer


Pricing policy.


The prices are expressed in Euros, without taxes and without the cost of transport, and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event that there is a manifest error in setting the price that appears in the product file, the price established for said product in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail.


Returns


At VIRIVINTAGE we wish you satisfaction with your order. Therefore, we provide you with several methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations. Possible cases of return or withdrawal:


A. The product is wrong, has a defect or has been damaged during transport:


We pay great attention to the fact that all our items and shipments are in perfect condition. Yes, even so, you should receive an erroneous or defective item, contact us immediately through info@ViriVintage.com or by calling us at +34 607 46 95 21. In the event of any anomaly, also make an immediate claim , before opening the seal or its packaging.
When the product has been damaged during transport, it is essential that you notify us within 15 calendar days and that you write down the incident on the carrier’s delivery note.


The products must be returned, prior authorization from VIRIVINTAGE, in such a way that they are protected, including them inside a protective box or bag. VIRIVINTAGE makes a transport company available to the buyer for the removal of the merchandise, completely free of charge. If you wish to return the merchandise with a transport company other than the one proposed by VIRIVINTAGE, the shipment will be at your own risk.


B. Withdrawal:


We don’t want you to keep anything you don’t like, so you can return an item if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Law, you have the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which you can return the product.


The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. You must notify us, through the email info@ViriVintage.com, of your decision to withdraw from the purchase made.
In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and keep the original packaging, as well as all the parts. In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition, VIRIVINTAGE reserves the right to pay a lower amount for the return, a circumstance that will be notified to you.


The refund of the amount of the purchase will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been verified, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, as long as it is VIRIVINTAGE who manages the collection of the item. In the event that you return the item through a transport company of your choice, the period of 14 days will begin to compute from when VIRIVINTAGE has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from the receipt of the same.


The return costs derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be borne by the buyer.

C. Withdrawal:


If you still have not received the order and you want to cancel or modify it, you just have to inform us of the changes you want to make, without this incurring any cost in case your order has not yet been processed.

Guarantee


All our products are guaranteed nationwide, against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase, on parts that are factory defective. The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or normal wear.
In the event of a defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.


Conflict resolution


As required by the new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European dispute resolution platform for online contracting.
